Biden Testing 2024 Message At State Of The Union?

Today, I'm previewing what will likely be President Biden's major talking points in his 2023 State of the Union Address.

President Joe Biden, as required by the United States Constitution, will address Congress tonight at 9pm ET.

The formal basis for the State of the Union Address is from the U.S. Constitution: The President “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.”
